SHAROZ MAKARECHI

Sharoz was born in Iran and immigrated to the US in the midst of the Islamic revolution. Her commitment to creating opportunities and advocating equity for all is directly related to the bullying and discrimination she faced upon arrival.

A hybrid creative, Sharoz helped build numerous global brands at NYC’s most lauded ad agencies before shifting focus to direct client work on the genesis of brands and founding a modern day think-shop which she operated out of a storefront in the West Village and an office in Venice.

She has hosted important cultural events, art directed award winning feature films, and curated fine art to acclaim but at the core, she’s a writer, perpetually questioning the status quo.

Her brand of leadership is collaborative, story driven and expansive, bringing artists, thought leaders, futurists, producers and field experts together to create meaningful, entertainng and educational products, content and experiences for discerning global audiences.
